Sydney city, the writer McDonald (Australian Bureau of Statistics, 2018) declares that Sydney population grown by more than 770,000 in NSW in 2016. This unexpected growth in Sydney results of infrastructure shortage. Therefore, NSW government is intensifying to solve accommodation issue in order to provide housing residents. The Department of Planning expects that after 5 years, there will be approximately 200,000 new homes will be constructed. This number shows an increase of 46 % on the past 5 years when only 134,700 new homes were constructed.
